Cancellation Policy: Refunds are given for cancellations received in writing before October 4, 2007. Cancellations between October 4, 2007 and October 25, 2007 will receive credit toward the next conference. There is a $100 non-refundable fee for all cancellations. You may assign your registration to someone else or towards a Virtual Conference at any time at no charge.

at www.lafondasantafe.com if needed. Be sure to tell them that you are with The Sound Healing Conference to recieve the special discount rate of only $119 per night, single or double.
If the La Fonda is full, please call The Message Company at 505-474-7604 or 505-474-0998 for overflow
hotels in the area.
If you are interested in sharing the hotel cost with another conference attendee, let The Message Company know; we will create a list and pass that on to others interested in sharing a room.

Travel Arrangements - Make Them Early
Albuquerque is served by 14 airlines and is easily accessible with 22,000 seats on 180 flights arriving daily at Albuquerque International Airport.
Shuttle service from the Albuquerque Airport directly to Santa Fe is $20-$25. (Sandia Shuttle at 505-474-5696, 888-775-5696) Make shuttle reservations in advance. Santa Fe is only an hour from the Albuquerque Airport.
You can also fly into the Santa Fe Airport. Roadrunner Shuttle (505-424-3367) charges $12 from the Santa Fe Airport to hotels on the Plaza.
We have also made arrangements with American Airlines for a special conference discount of 5-10%. Call American at 800-433-1790 and be certain to mention the meeting code: A0446AA
Arrangements have also been made for special discount rates with Avis if you plan to rent an unlimited-free-milage vehicle. Mention the AWD# D086522 to get these special rates. Order your vehicle online at www.avis.com/meeting/tools or call 800-331-1600 and remember to have your AWD number handy when contacting AVIS.
