Most of us don't know it, but our behaviors are governed by predictable, internal processes. The three primary components of this system are Values, Integrity and Ethics. These terms are popular today and are often used interchangeably, but they are very different things, and there is a natural flow between them. Discover and clarify your own values, integrity and ethics (or those of your organization), how they are interrelated, and how misalignment between them is the cause of most personal and organizational conflict. There will be several personal exercises along with spirited group discussions. You will leave with a better understanding of what makes you tick!

To discover and clarify your values, integrity and ethics.

• To participate in personal exercises and group conversations that help identify what your values, integrity and ethics mean to you,
• To discover how they are interrelated and how misalignment often causes personal and organizational conflicts,and
