Meir Schneider at Science and Consciousness Conference
For many, Meir Schneider’s life and work are a miracle. As a teenager, after reading Braille until 17, Meir overcame blindness caused by congenital cataracts, glaucoma, and other serious problems, and today holds an unrestricted driver's license. The principles he discovered while working to gain functional vision became the foundation for the Meir Schneider Self-Healing Method.
Meir will share highlights of his Self-Healing Method at the Sixth International Conference on Science and Consciousness, April 23 - 28, 2004 in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA.
Self-Healing is the process of accessing your own innate power to create better health. It overturns the unconscious expectations that program how we think, move and breathe. Using gentle movement, breath work, self-massage and visualization, profound change can be created, including preventing as well as reversing many degenerative conditions. Learn to listen to your body and meet its needs. Develop kinesthetic awareness, and learn to move in balance, consciousness, and relaxation, using and strengthening little used muscles and relaxing and strengthening chronically overused ones.
Meir’s Self-Healing has helped thousands improve from and reverse the progress of serious disorders and conditions such as multiple sclerosis, ALS, stroke, cerebral palsy, brain and spinal cord injury, polio and postpolio, muscular dystrophy, arthritis and osteoporosis, circulatory problems, chronic pain and fatigue syndromes, repetitive strain injuries, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, posture and spine problems including herniated disc, scoliosis, hyperlordosis, sciatica and more.
