Olga Kharitidi, MD
Dr. Kharitidi is a psychiatrist and researcher from Siberia who devotes her life work to understanding the nature of human suffering and finding new ways to become liberated from it. In her private and public work, she teaches people how to recognize the roots of trauma in the depths of unconscious family memory and how to transform it into a powerful resource for healing. She has traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe and North America, learning healing approaches from different cultures about the transformation of trauma. Olga has developed a new system of healing psychological trauma. She is the author of Entering the Circle: Ancient Secrets of Siberian Wisdom Discovered by a Russian Psychiatrist and The Master of Lucid Dreaming. |

Transformation Of Trauma | ||
You will be invited to explore the roots of unhappiness, depression and anxiety as they are recorded in memory. Learn new ways to transform those memories into powerful sources of energy.
The goal for this workshop is to understand the mechanisms of repeating traumatic experiences and learn to free ourselves from patterns of trauma inherited from past generations before we transmit it to our children. Learning Objectives: Through a series of practical exercises, individually and in pairs, participants learn: to diagnose the traumatic memories and their relation to physical symptoms to be able to identify one of the two main mechanisms of psychological trauma through work with symptoms of anxiety and depression. to learn healing techniques adapted for modern use from traditional cultures of Siberia and Central Asia. Participants must sign a confidentiality statement as we will be working with highly personal material. |
