Meir Schneider, PhD
Meir is an internationally respected healthcare educator and therapist, founder of both the School for Self-Healing and the Self-Healing Research Foundation. He is the author of Self-Healing: My Life and Vision, The Handbook for Self-Healing, and Meir Schneider's Miracle Eyesight Method (audio vision improvement instruction tape) and Yoga for the Eyes (a video on natural vision improvement). Self-Healing Through Movement
— Meir Schneider —
Southwest Ballroom
Self-Healing is the process of accessing your own innate power to create better health. It overturns the unconscious expectations that program how we think, move and breathe. Using gentle movement, breath work, self-massage and visualization, profound change can be created, including preventing as well as reversing of many degenerative conditions. Learn to listen to your body and how to meet its needs. Develop kinesthetic awareness, and learn to move in balance, consciousness, and relaxation, using and strengthening little used muscles and relaxing and strengthening chronically overused ones. Thousands have used Self-Healing for chronic back pain, repetitive strain injuries, scoliosis, all forms of arthritis, paralysis, stroke, polio and postpolio, diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and various vision problems such as macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive errors. Wear loose clothing and be prepared to move.
