The Integration of Science, Spirituality and Consciousness From
a Vedic Perspective
-Dr. Vasant Lad-
Ballroom 2:00pm to 4:00pm
According to Vedic thought, creation is all consciousness, one
and indivisible, consciousness, energy and matter. The perception
of separation between science, spirituality and consciousness is
only in the mind's eye. And the path of spiritual enlightenment
moves us all closer to this understanding, not just intellectually,
but in our daily operating awareness.
Goal: To understand what science, spirituality and consciousness
are and how these work together and can be integrated into our
daily life.
Learning Objectives:
*Understand the definitions and relationships between science,
spirituality and consciousness,
*Discuss the Vedic understanding of creation, and
*Describe how we can practice the awareness of everything as consciousness
in our daily life
