Curtis
Holly Curtis is an inspiring master instructor and trainer of the
well-being fitness and lifestyle practice, the Nia Technique. Through
expressive movement, Nia empowers people to achieve physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual health and well-being.
Holly began teaching Nia after eleven years of traditional fitness
training. She is a graduate of the Kinesiology and Health Department
of the University of Texas and holds a Masters Degree in Health
Education, with a specialization in health promotion.
She loves to share the rich body-learning experience and the excitement
and joy of Nia through classes, workshops, and the Nia White Belt
Intensive training. Ms. Curtis is nationally recognized as one
of the top Nia trainers and travels throughout the United States
supporting and training Nia teachers.
