The Power of Awareness
-Richard Moss-
Ballroom 2:00pm to 3:00pm
So many of us live burdened lives. We are recurrently captured
by the same old struggles, the same distressing feelings. This
emotional morass is not something that exists at all outside of
how poorly adapted our minds are to being in the present. This
is why to work on our emotions and not understand the power of
our awareness is a fruitless task. When we understand the power
of awareness to be in relationship to anything whatsoever that
we are experiencing, we have discovered the true elixir that can
set us free.
Goal: To simplify our understanding of our minds, and begin to
exercise the self-transcending power of the soul.
Learning Objectives:
*Learn to orient awareness to the Now,
*Develop a conscious, empathic connection between self and Self,
and
*Embody presence.

The Power of Awareness: Learning to Live More Consistently in the
Now
-Richard Moss-
Ballroom 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Beginning with several simple, yet powerful meditations and experiential
processes, then discussion around the nature of awareness as an
intrinsically self-transcending capacity. He feels at this point
in our evolution that most of us are ready for a more receptive
and feminine approach to transformation as compared to a masculine,
self-directed process of personal growth. He will share a very simple
yet powerful model for living more consistently in the Now by understanding
the four ways the mind tends to leave the Now.
Goal: To deepen our capacity to claim our real selves in any situation.
Learning Objectives:
*To simplify our understanding of embodying our essence,
*To create nourishing and mutually honoring relationships, and
*To orient ourselves into "the wind of grace."
