Cancellation
Policy:Refunds are given for cancellations received in writing before October 5, 2006. Cancellations between October 5, 2006 and October 25, 2006 will receive credit toward the next conference. There is a $100 non-refundable fee for all cancellations. You may assign your registration to someone else or towards a Virtual Conference at any time at no charge. |

Travel Arrangements - Make Them EarlyAlbuquerque is served by 14 airlines and is easily accessible with 22,000 seats on 180 flights arriving daily at Albuquerque International Airport.
Shuttle service from the Albuquerque Airport directly to Santa Fe is $20-$25. (Sandia Shuttle at 505-474-5696/888-775-5696) Make shuttle reservations in advance. Santa Fe is only an hour from the Albuquerque Airport.
You can also fly into the Santa Fe Airport. Roadrunner Shuttle (505-424-3367) charges $12 from the Santa Fe Airport to hotels on the Plaza.
