Deborah is the author of Women's Qigong for Health & Longevity: A Practical Guide for Women Forty and Older. She produced an instructional DVD: The Spirit of Qi Gong: Chinese Exercises for Longevity. She has been an alternative health care practitioner for more than twenty-five years, specializing in women’s health issues. Deborah earned a masters degree in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture and has a private practice in Medical Qigong and Intuitive Readings.

Qigong (Chi Kung) are gentle Chinese exercises combining breath, slow movement and visualization to increase vitality, reduce stress and slow aging. These simple to learn movements are both preventive and curative and will help regulate hormones, enhance sexuality and balance mind, body and spirit. Qigong is easier to learn than yoga, Pilates or Tai Chi and is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
