Raven Hicks
Raven is the creator of Fit Body – Fit Mind. He has been involved in body/mind fitness for over 20 years and is a fitness specialist, a licensed athletic coach and holds a degree in nursing. He teaches martial arts and is owner/operator of Spirit Warriors Martial Arts Academy. Raven’s approach to fitness is holistic, viewing the body and mind as totally integrated aspects of the whole person.

Fit Body - Fit Mind is an integrated approach to holistic fitness.
We’ll perform self-awareness exercises like stationary and moving meditation, breath work and scanning, a process of becoming more and more aware of the subtleties within the body. You’ll develop strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and agility through a series of conscious movement exercises that challenge and take you to the next level of self- awareness.
