Kristin Madden
Kristin is the best-selling author of several books including The Book of Shamanic Healing and Shamanic Guide to Death and Dying. Raised in a shamanic home, Kristin has had ongoing experience with both Eastern and Western mystic paths. She is the Dean of Ardantane's School of Shamanic Studies and a member of the Druid College of Healing. She is also the director of a wildlife rehabilitation clinic, rehabilitating hundreds of wild birds each year.

Power animals, totems, animal allies, natural resources … however you name them, the creatures of our world share a beautiful and primal relationship with us. Through storytelling, Powerpoint, discussion and guided visualization, Kristin will lead you into a deeper understanding of our Oneness with the rest of the animal world. You’ll be guided beyond common assumptions and superficial ideas regarding power animals. You’ll learn to identify those animals that enter your life and to decipher the lessons they may be offering. We’ll explore folk medicines, legal issues, and ways to consciously participate in these relationships.
Goal: To teach and guide participants about their relationship to power animals beyond common assumptions and superficial ideas.
