Humans have difficulty communicating with the varied races and cultures here on earth. How then are we to communicate and share with cultures from other planets vastly different than our own? Dr. Greer will draw on the wide and varied experiences he has had himself and with his CSETI groups to explain why the use of higher states of consciousness is an imperative in developing communications with ETs and ultimately in bringing Universal Peace.
