Workshop: Living Your Dream: Technology of the Profoundly Simple LifeSunday, March 30 - 10:30am to 12 noon
Most of us are caught up in complex, rushed, and exhausting lives that do not meet our basic needs for a nourishing, joyful, peaceful life, connected in good relationship with all that is around us. Brooke will speak about what you REALLY need: food, clothing, shelter, and LOVE, and how to create those for yourself much more simply and elegantly – focusing on beauty and meaning based on your own inner experience, rather than quantity, size, and judgments of your life from outside. She will offer examples from Earth Heart Sanctuary, her home, retreat place, bounteous garden, and demonstration of harmonious, sustainable living in Montana, which she and her partner built themselves with limited resources in a year. Step out of the rat-race into joyful freedom and health!
Goals: To help you find and empower the dream you would like to live.
To help you simplify your life at all possible levels.
